TECHNICAL INFORMATION

The conventional water treatment processes mainly remove TSS, bacteria and colloids in the raw water, and the removal efficiency of total organic matter(TOC)  is low. In order to reach the highest removal efficiency of the total organic carbon(TOC) to ensure ultra-purified water. WTE offers the combined processes: RapidSand^® Clarifier and EcoO₃™ ozone contactor chamber followed by EcoGAC™ filters realizing high-rate clarification, advanced oxidation, carbon adsorption, physical sand filtration and biodegradation simultaneously, therefore, high total organic matter(TOC) removal efficiency is achieved, which significantly reduces the level of HAAs that are commonly presented in chlorination disinfection by-products(DBPs) which may increase cancer risk, thereby ensuring clean and safe drinking water.
